This wattleseed (Acacia colei) is collected by hand across the Kimberley by Aboriginal rangers and communities. Each seed is sustainably wild-harvested, then carefully cleaned, lightly roasted, and coarse ground to capture its rich, nutty flavour.

Naturally gluten-free and nutrient-rich, wattleseed is a nourishing native superfood. It is packed with protein, dietary fibre, antioxidants, iron, potassium, and healthy fats, and has a low glycaemic index that helps balance energy levels.

Wattleseed is versatile in both sweet and savoury cooking. Sprinkle it over muesli or granola, bake it into breads and desserts, or use it as a warming spice in sauces, curries, marinades, and dukkah.
